Rehabilitation of an existing services building in central Lisbon and its adaptation to a three-star hotel. With 13 floors and a floor area of approximately 2200sqm
It has 3 floors buried, with the P-3 and P-2 being destined mainly to technical zones and parking and in the P-1 to an auditorium, a dining room and service areas. The ground floor, besides the entrance area and living area, has a wing of suites, and there is an intermediate P0 dedicated to technical areas. The eight upper floors are basically constituted by rooms, toilets, circulations and cleaning and supporting areas.
It was designed a central heating and cooling system composed of a centralized water system, with chiller heat pump (two pipes). Air renewal guaranteed by five air treatment units. For domestic hot water, the system designed consists in a boiler and a 15 solar panel planned as a form of renewable energy, in order to reduce energy consumption.
