Mechanical installations project – HVAC.
Definition of the intervention that covers the two basement floors, one ground floor, an over-store floor and nine upper floors, in addition to the technical / roof floor.
Technical survey of the existing HVAC system, based on a four-pipe system with two chillers on the technical floor / roof and the hydraulic distribution network, whose main distribution plumbs are developed from the outside, at the back of the building.
This project reflects:
- Existing equipment that will be used;
- And the changes inherent to the new architecture, including repositioning of existing equipment and ducts, as well as the new air conditioning and ventilation equipment to consider
