– MECHANICAL INSTALLATIONS PROJECT – HVAC, ELECTRICAL INSTALLATIONS, TELECOMMUNICATIONS, SAFETY AND COMPATIBILIZATION WITH ARCHITECTURE
Remodeling and deep rehabilitation work for the Espinho Judicial Court, process required by the Institute of Financial Management and Equipment of Justice, I. P.
The building is developed on three floors, a buried floor (mostly parking and archives) and two floors intended for courtrooms, service areas, library work offices, public prosecutor’s office, court office, archives area and their health facilities. The challenge was based on a valuation of assets, adjust the functionality of the spaces and remodel almost all electrical installations and HVAC.
These challenges have also entailed adjustments in the security sector and in the architecture, so we are also responsible for these projects.
