MECHANICAL INSTALLATIONS PROJECT INCLUDING ENERGY CERTIFICATION Multifamily Housing Building Reconstruction, located in Largo do Camarão, at Oporto.
The building is intended for the implementation of (to accommodate) twenty-five apartments with different typologies (T0, T0 + 1, T1, T1 + 1 and T2), spread over four floors.
Particular attention was taken regarding the satisfaction of the thermal comfort conditions, allowing energy consumption optimization of each autonomous fraction, trying to obtain the best energy rating classification, in an existing building with several constraints and architectural impositions in relation to the area in which it is inserted.
