A technological innovation commitment has been made by using several sustainable and energetic efficiency solutions as well as by the centralized technical management and control system.
Special care was taken in the choice of HVAC equipment with the use of refrigerated and heated water plants with recovery and air handling units with thermal wheel recovery, as well by the solar and photovoltaic systems.
Air – water system with seven chillers (total heating power of 690kW and 1.12MW of cooling).
Air handling units, with a total treated air flow of 86000m3/h.
