Industrial pavilion with an administrative area of 3 floors.
On the ground floor, in addition to the two independent industrial areas, there’s is an administrative wing and also the canteen, kitchen, support areas, pantry, changing rooms and toilets. The first floor is mainly intended for offices, meeting rooms and training of the administrative area. Second floor is intended for developed the third industrial area, with the production area associated (welding and raw material storage). Also in this floor exists a lab room, sanitary facilities and access to the upper mezzanine. In the administrative wing of this floor there are more offices and their laboratories.
The upper floor is mostly intended for the central mezzanine, bar, directly connected to the industrial hall.
