Business Center in Oliva requalification and expansion, located in Rua da Fundição, São João da Madeira – Portugal.
The project aims the valorization and consolidation of existing architectural elements through its restoration, re-qualification and conservation, maintaining its current use. Reconstruction and enlargement of Building A is contemplated, and construction and preservation of the remaining buildings are also considered, except when the building degraded state justifies its demolition. Deployment area of 20,500 m2 and a total construction area of 30,000 m2.
