MECHANICAL INSTALLATIONS PROJECT – HVAC
Rehabilitation work of the old building belonging to “Cooperativa da Batata”, in Boticas.
The space will be dedicated to several offices and companies incubators, in which the two floors present the following occupations:
- Floor 0 – Intergeneration space
- Floor 1 – House of Associations
The work results from an application NORTE-16-2016-16-Urban Rehabilitation, PRIORITY AXIS 4 – Environmental Quality, OT6. Total eligible investment of EUR 1 056 411.00 and FEDER contribution of EUR 897 949.35 corresponding to a co-financing rate of 85% of the total eligible cost of the operation.
