HVAC project
Two buildings, an existing one to remodel and a new one to build. The existing building is developed on three floors, with a buried floor and two upper floors. The lower floor is intended for physiotherapy, medical office, medicine warehouse, kitchen, staff room and technical areas. The common services such as reception, dining room, social room are located on the ground floor, in addition to two different rooms wings with their respective sanitary facilities and living room.
The upper floor consists mainly of two wings of single, double and triple rooms, support lounges and sanitary facilities.
The new building it’s almost exclusively for rooms.
